Vincent Péron - organo
Originally from Nantes (France), Vincent Péron earned his Organ Diploma with Honors at the National Conservatory of Angers under Eric Lebrun, then continued his advanced studies at the National Conservatory of Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, where he won First Prize unanimously at the U.C.E.M. competition of Hauts-de-Seine.
He studied choral conducting for one year at the Sorbonne University under Denis Rouger and Georges Guillard, and attended training courses in choral conducting and concertation with Gabriele Conti at the G. Marziali Music Academy in Seveso. He studied basso continuo with Ilton Wjuniski at the Claude Debussy Conservatory in Paris and attended courses in organ, harpsichord, and continuo with Lorenzo Ghielmi, Maurizio Croci, and Antonio Frigé at the Early Music Institute of the Claudio Abbado Civic School of Music in Milan.
Since 2003, Vincent Péron has held a degree in Music and Musicology from Paris IV–Sorbonne University, and has also studied at the University of Milan and the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory. He holds a Music Technician Certificate issued by the Paris Education Authority.
He served as organist in Paris at the Reformed Church of Les Batignolles and later at the Old Catholic Mariavite Church, and in 1999 became titular organist of the 1869 Merklin organ at the Charles Foix Public Hospital chapel in Ivry-sur-Seine. From 2006 to 2013 he was organist and conductor of the Santa Cecilia Choir at the church of Saints Margherita and Salvatore in Busto Garolfo (Milan).
Since 2025, he has been organist of the Prepositurale Parish of the Most Precious Blood in Milan.
He taught piano and music theory at the “Nel Centro della Musica” school in Cusano Milanino (MI) in 2007, and later at the “Luciano Pavarotti” music school in Mesero (MI). From 2016 to 2018, he collaborated with the Yamaha Music Foundation as a music teacher in primary schools.
He has performed in numerous concerts in France and Italy, accompanying various vocal and instrumental ensembles as well as many soloists, and collaborates regularly with the ensemble La Bande des Hautbois based in Nanterre.
In 2003 he joined the Trio Vivere (with soprano Anna Staïcu and oboist Claude Villevieille), and in 2009 the Trio Temporale (with soprano Leila Galeb and Claude Villevieille), ensembles that frequently appear in festivals dedicated to sacred music. The Trio Vivere recorded its first CD in 2007 with Delatour France, reissued in 2013.

We are pleased to present our new positive organ, commissioned by Maestro Livio Picotti in Utrecht in 1989 from the firm Fama and Roodgever, and restored in 2025 by the organ builder Organi Famiglia Pradella! The instrument has participated in numerous early music festivals as well as various recordings. Now it is ready for a new life with the Capriccio Consort!
